The individual demand of market becoming higher and higher in the supply chain system, the structure and flow of the traditional supply chain can't meet the extensive individual demand. Demand on meeting individual demand, meanwhile, the reaction speed of supply chain system and customer satisfaction are increasingly improved, but the cost control is still a key factor. In addition, the inventory model of perishable goods is also has the requirement of short flow time, high customer satisfaction and low total costs. On these problems, improve the coordination of supply chain system and the customer satisfaction, shorten the flow time, and control the total cost have important theoretic and practical meaning. This paper researches the control strategy and optimization method of multi-echelon inventory, main results of this dissertation are described as the following:1. This paper discusses the development and investigative statues of the problem about the supply chain structure, the objective function and the algorithm. At the same time, points out the shortages of the problem research.2. This paper designs the structure of demand-driven supply chain, emphasis on the individual demand of customer, and designed the flow corresponding to it. Mainly includes flow mode and process of demand information flow, order information flow and inventory flow.3. This paper designs the strategy of inventory control that supply chain members keep unified order cycle and different highest storage quantity.4. This paper introduces the concept of echelon inventory to analysis the relation between inventory level and inventory cost, builds models in the Case of no shortage and permissble shortage under certain demand.5. This paper builds multi-objective models under random demand, includes a model for general product and another for perishable goods. In the process of modeling, defines the concept of 'effective supply' and as a decision variable. In addition, this paper regardes flow time as key factor, on the one hand, regards the total flow time of system as the time of satisfying customer requirements,on the other hand, establishes the relation between cost and flow time, not only considers the effect of effective supply and highest storage quantity on the total cost, but also consideres the inventory cost as a function of effective supply, highest storage quantity and flow time.6. This paper transforms multi-objective model to single goal model applied linear weighted sum method, and then designs the penalty function, uses penalty function method to optimize the model ,and uses genetic algorithm to solve it, in the solving process, uses MATLAB Genetic Algorithm Toolbox to implement algorithm.
