Farmers’ professionalization is the inevitable result of agricultural modernization, agricultural industrialization and agricultural informatization, at present, the situation of the farmers’ professionalization in our country is very grim, for example: the level of professionalism is quite low, the level of professional farmers’ cognition can’t reach the designated standard, there is not a special qualification authentication mechanism, farmer did not become a true profession. The realization of farmers’ professional needs not only the government’s policy support, but also the economic cooperation organization’s help. In many of the economic cooperation organizations, cooperatives are series of active power, which is not only have a large number, but also have an effect on farmers’ enthusiasm to agriculture, promoting the development of agricultural industrialization, improving the farmers’ personnel quality, etc. If we can use the development of the cooperatives to promote the implementation of the farmers’ professionalization, it will be much easier to realize the farmers’ professionalization.In the comprehensive analysis of existing research and on the basis of the actual situation in our country rural areas, this article put forward to the study of the cooperatives promoting the farmers’ professionalization. The main content includes: the current situation and cause analysis of the farmer’s professionalization; the mechanism of action between the cooperatives and the farmer’s professionalization; analyzing the influence factors and raising the research hypothesis; using binary Logistics model to be regression analysis with the data of 45 planting cooperatives 233 farmers in Shaanxi province. The influence factors summed up in four aspects: the member’s individual characteristics, cognitive characteristics, cooperative governance structure and functional features, the external environment. At last, it will put forward to the corresponding conclusions and suggestions according to the empirical analysis result.The empirical analysis results show: among the member’s individual characteristics, age, level of education, farming will and planting scale have a significant influence on the promoting function between the cooperatives and the farmer’s professionalization; among the cognitive characteristics, farmers’ understanding level to the farmers’ professionalization, and the agriculture income level compared with ordinary farmers have an positive effect on the promoting function, while the difficulty level of the farmers’ professionalization realization have a negative effect; among the cooperative governance structure and service features, the shareholding ratio of the council members is negatively related to the promoting function; among the cooperative service features, the training guidance, unified production management, product sales services are positive correlation; among the external environment characteristics, the country’s project funding support has a great effect.
