In recent years, farmers’ professional co-operatives of our country present the rising trend whatever from the coverage area or quantity, while it’s still at an early stage. Farmers’ professional co-operatives play a crucial role in raising farmers’ organizational level and increase the income of farmers. It is difficult to play its proper advantage, because of the consideration of agriculture and cooperatives’ weak economic foundation. So the government support is necessary. At present, the development of cooperatives present different situation, because the different support way of government. For example, lack of understanding of cooperative demand information and feedback policy implementation effect, which lead to policy lacks pertinence and effectiveness;Policy implementation does not reach the designated position or excessive discretion, which Is not conducive to independent development and cooperative innovation;The government supervision mechanism is not sound, which have weak social supervision; and so on. However, from the perspective of government, the central government provides legal support to cooperatives. According to the requirements of the central government, the provincial governments has issued policy support which suitable for demand. So thestudy focus on the effect of the county-level government policy support.Applying market economy theory, consistent aim theory, theory of satisfaction and the questionnaire survey, do a survey on county GuanYang, QuanZhou and LiPu of guilin. The 90 paper analyzed policy support satisfactionfromthe perspective offarmers.Applying multiple regression models, this paper analyzes farmers’ increase income on aspects of Education and training, credit support, project support, preferential land, tax breaks and information consultation.The results of questionnaire showthat the satisfaction of policy support is different.Education and credit are the most needed, but farmers are not satisfied. The empirical results show that in addition to project support other five policies can increase farmers’ income. The government at the county level should strengthen the communication with farmers in implementing policy, and focus onpolicieswhich have low satisfaction or most in need of. As for project support which spend much money but have low effect, the government should strengthen the supervision of capital, avoid the waste of resources, and make the cooperative play a maximum value.The governmentshould consider the effect of policy when implement support policy. According to the feedback of farmers, to improve policy choice, improve the precision of the policy.
