Research On Standardized Management Of Industrial Development Zone Based On The Goals Of Sustainable Development Of A Park

A high-tech park (A park) is one of the earliest domestic industrial development zone. Since 1992, after several round of development, A park has been a successful example of industrial development zone in China. But in recent years, A park is facing the problem of how to achieve sustainable development on the basis of standardized management. Based on case studies in A park, this paper has an in-depth analysis issues above and proposed some advisory opinion.This paper approaches on current development situation and trend of domestic industrial development zone first, then pointing out some problems through its development period based on sustainable development and industry agglomeration theory, including pool late-industrial agglomeration, platform late shaping and less standardized management, to show its lack of sustainability.This paper proposed suggestions and solutions for standardized management of A park according to existing problems based on sustainable development goals. This paper has certain reference value for development of relevant development zone, also provides actual case analysis to theoretical study on development zone research.
