| Enterprise training is the most direct and economical way for enterprise to cultivate the talents. Mentoring program is a form of staff training, involves working skill and guidance both in life and career. M company designed mentoring program hoping in this way to reduce new employee turnover, enhance the sense of belongings among new employees. But in the implementation process,there comes some problems, reducing the training effect. It is necessary to improve the mentoring program the realities of M company.The paper based on related training theory, and analyzed the company’s mentor business training status, then used interview and questionnaire survey to find the exist problems and the improvement direction. Based on the in-depth understanding to make a basic training system framework from training needs analysis, training plans, training content, training implementation and the training effect assessment. The paper focus on tutor selection, training content and the training effect assessment to propose a detail improvement recommends, and from incentive mechanism, construction of enterprise culture and enterprise training systems to support the mentoring program.The Paper improved the mentoring program to better adapt the company environment and to promote the growth of tutors, then eventually make the company a more cohesive and more efficient.
