In the high-tech industry in Chongqing input factors affect innovation performance analysis, innovation output, manpower, material resources and financial investment has a positive impact on innovation performance, but this effect is usually a lag, respectively, one, 2 and 0. Chongqing municipal government in the development of high-tech industries, should strengthen co-ordination and technical management of resources, and increase the human, financial investment, a reasonable amount of planning and material resources to promote sustainable and stable development of high-tech industry. |
