| At present,we have established the system for the assessment of concentrate land-using and carried out to the region area,the city,the development zone and the education land.The highway land is an important part of construction land.Thus the study on the system for the assessment of highway land saving and intensive use is significant to strengthen the control of highway land.But we hasn’t set up perfect assessment system,which is the key to the evaluation.With the establishment of the system and the carrying out of this work,we can grasp the scale and benefits,control the new highway construction sites.lt is the only way to realize highway land saving and intensive use,as well as promote land use efficiency.On the basis of the research in this field,the paper firstly discusses the connotation and chooses multivariate statistical model to the assessment of highway land saving and intensive use.At last,depending on the characteristics of highway land and related indicator system,it establishes two levels of evaluation index system,which are single road and region road network.It also ascertains to take AHP to compute the weights and take normalization by ideal value to make index unified.Thus, forming a complete set of indicators.This paper aims to establish the indicators and techniques for the assessment of highway land saving and intensive use,which can support the promotion of highway assessment,perfect the system of land saving and intensive use,contribute to build multi-type and multi-level evaluation system and boost the level of intensive utilization. |
