In the global competition and the knowledge economy era, the sustainable development and growth of enterprises are fundamentally depending on their competitive advantage. The formation of the enterprise’s core competitive advantage come from the company’s human resources. Technical staff is not only the most critical and important part of thehuman resources, but also the fundamental source of the enterprise’s core competence. Therefore, strengthening the management of the Technical staff, improve the loyalty of them arevery important to the human resource management. So that how to effectively manage and motivate technical staff especially the migrant technical staffhas become an important human resource management content. The author of the thesis work Guangzhou ST Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. as an example,from the deeply analysis and provide an effective and feasible recommendations for the company’s migrant technical staff’s incentive management.In this paper, based on the modern management theory, through questionnaires, staff interviews, literature review, case analysis and other analysis method, we get that the S corporation’s migrant technical staff’s incentive management situation and the existing problems. For example, S corporation insufficient human capital investment and development, less effective human resources; the incentive measures to the migrant technical staff is single, lack of effective individual incentives; and the implementation of incentives standards and procedures are unscientific and incomplete, which causing the company’s communicate and feedback channel not smooth, the staff’s initiative was unable to fully mobilize,the staff lack a sense of belonging and a sense of mission to the company. Aiming at these problems, stand theincentives optimizationperspective of the S corporation’s migrant technical staff, study the methods which can effectively mobilize the migrant technical staff’s enthusiasm and creativity, tap the potential of the migrant technical staff. Through theimprovementof the management methods and measures for the migrant technical staff, for example, improve welfare policy, effective corporate culture and mind counseling, handling theconflict of the employee communications and improve their sense of belonging in the field to reduce the brain drain, then build an effective incentive mechanism to strengthen the incentive management effectiveness and evaluation.
