Abstract/Summary:
Based on former studies,the author puts forward that employee's sense of belonging is a positive attitude which inspires him/her to deal with personal problems while taking enterprise's interests into consideration.With a strong sense of belonging,an employee can pay more efforts on technical innovation,improve his/her professional proficiency more positively,and obey management more willingly,hence a low employee flow rate for an enterprise.In chapter 2,based on the definition of sense of belonging,the author puts forward that when an employee gets into an enterprise,he/she gets his/her payment for labor.If her/she feels fair,his/her degree of satisfaction will increase.A relatively high degree of satisfaction leads to the employee's identity with the enterprise as well as his/her sense of belonging.In chapter 3 and chapter 4,the author puts forward that an enterprise should work hard to set up a sound management system and improve it constantly so as to improve employee's sense of belonging.The author points out that a sound system should take salary,bonus,welfare, personnel and post matching and enterprise culture into account.
