With the rapid economic development, shortage of resources, the industry focus on talent more urgent, at the same time, increase the life and work pressure causes psychological problems of employees has become increasingly prominent. Employees in the social, organizational and families, society, organizations and families affected employees can not be ignored, employees’ psychological problems to be solved, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) came into being and the development of modern human resource management tools.In the medical industry, service quality and contradictory needs of patients between hospitals continues to increase, modern hospital staff management has entered the era of cultural management and people management, and medical industry emphasis on employee job satisfaction has become increasingly evident. As for how to make the EAP individual employee job satisfaction-based aid schemes implemented this problem to be solved.This article is based on L Hospital, for example, the first of employee assistance programs, employee job satisfaction studies were reviewed, and then through Minnesota Scale (MSQ) of L hospital employee job satisfaction surveys, analysis of L hospital staff job satisfaction the degree of differences in gender, age, education, job and work experience, to discuss possible reasons for job satisfaction differences in gender, age, educational level, position and other aspects of working life. Finally, according to the status of L hospital staff job satisfaction analysis and design program based Employee Assistance Program employee job satisfaction, including program design principles, program design, program design part is divided into:needs analysis, preparation, planning and program planning implementation and evaluation of feedback. In the concluding section summarizes the factors that influence job satisfaction, and pointed out deficiencies in this study as well as suggestions for improving future research.
