This paper mainly studies and analyzes the problems faced by RC real estate company,that is,under the dual influence of the rapid development of economic environment and fierce competition in the industry,how to develop the real estate company in a sound way,carry out scientific and effective management,so as to improve its talent attraction,which is the most serious problem facing the company at present.Employees are the core competitiveness of an enterprise,and employee satisfaction is the most intuitive psychological feeling of employees for the management work from all aspects of the enterprise.There is a direct correlation between employee satisfaction and enterprise loyalty and production contribution.How to improve the job satisfaction of employees and guarantee the competitive advantage of talents in the high-pressure working background is the most important problem to be solved in this paper.Therefore,this paper conducts the construction design of RC company EAP based on employee job satisfaction.I hope to give full play to the actual effect of EAP in the enterprise,and increase the cohesion of the enterprise by conducting organizational intervention on employees' pressure in all aspects,measuring and improving employee satisfaction,so as to improve employee performance.This paper carries out a survey on employee satisfaction for all employees in the company,using various methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis to analyze the dissatisfaction factors of current employees.Based on these factors,the effective content of EAP is designed to solve the existing employee problems of the enterprise.In combination with the current development status of the enterprise and the industry,the EAP strategy that conforms to the actual operation status of the enterprise is constructed,so as to improve the overall employee satisfaction of the company.By carrying out EAP practice and conducting a second survey on employee satisfaction,a conclusion was drawn that employee satisfaction was significantly improved,which confirmed the scientific effectiveness of EAP in improving employee satisfaction.This is not only conducive to the development of the enterprise's human resources work,but also for the whole group and the related real estate industry to improve employee satisfaction provides a reference.
