The Research Of Grass-roots Bank Standardization Development In Our Country

The agriculture, countryside and farmers are the focus work of the party and the country at this stage. And accelerating rural financial reforms, improving the rural financial system and meeting the financial demand of the new countryside continually are the key of our country's financial reform. Currently, the rural financial reform has entered a brand-new stage. How to offer financial services to promote the development concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers become the central part of all rural financial problems. However, the existing formal rural finance organization is more and more unable to satisfy the diverse financial demand of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Grass-roots bank, the new rural financial form, provides a good opportunity to solve the problem. However it makes certain positive effect to local economic development, it is still in pilot stage. Because of some problem like the imperfect supervision and internal system, there are lots of nonstandard places in its development.The article's research object is the grass-roots bank. Through the analysis of grass-roots bank's concept and competitive, it explains the importance and necessity of grass-roots bank to the existing rural financial system. On the basis of learning the foreign grass-roots bank's successful experience, it analysis the related issues of the grass-roots bank's normalized development combined with the actual situation of China's grass-roots banks. This paper aims to present corresponding measures of our grass-roots bank's normalized development.
