The Study On The Development Problems Of The Leading Agricultural Enterprises In Tai’an

The leading agricultural enterprise plays an important role in promoting the transition to agricultural modernization in China, and bears the historical responsibility of increasing farmers’ income and guiding the transformation of agricultural development mode, opens up a new road for the sustainable development of agriculture, and it also has an essential effect on leading and pushing the development process of agricultural modernization. So, the growth of the leading agricultural enterprise has a decisive influence on the development of agriculture. From the perspective of the development condition of leading agricultural enterprise in China, it shows that both the environment and power of development has been improved a lot in recent years, but undeniably, there still exists many restraining factors in the development of the leading agricultural enterprise, and only by clearing these constraints can the leading enterprise has a new start.In this paper, based on a brief analysis of the current development situation of agricultural leading enterprise both home and abroad as well as a definition of related concepts and theories, this paper chooses agricultural leading enterprises in Tai’an city as the research object, and tries to find out the key factors of restricting the development of agricultural leading enterprise in Tai’an city, and to put forward some targeted and rational suggestions in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural leading enterprise in Tai’an city.This paper chooses the empirical method to analyze the development status and mode of agricultural leading enterprise in Tai’an city, carries a typical case analysis on Taishan Asia Food Co.Ltd and Shandong boly-lely bioengineering Limited by Share Ltd, tries to locate the development similarity in order to get a clear demonstration of successful development mode of enterprises, and to provide inspiration for future research.For further detailed study on the development of agricultural leading enterprise in Tai’an city, the author gets the first-hand research data through using questionnaire and launching field research, then study the restraining factors in the development of agricultural leading enterprise in Tai’an city by using analytic hierarchy process based on the preliminary analysis of investigation report, and the result shows that policy factors, raw material supply and financial support are the top three influencing factors, besides, information service, land transfer and industry competition also play an important role in the process of enterprise development.Then, based on the above research results, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the development of the leading agricultural enterprise in Tai’an city by focusing on the main influential factors, and also introduces some advanced development experience both home and aboard in order to support the conclusion of this paper.In the last part of this paper, based on the development condition of agricultural leading enterprises in Tai’an city, this paper provides suggestions and safeguard measures for the healthy, sustained, rapid development of the leading agricultural enterprise in Tai’an city from the standpoint of both the government and enterprises, hoping to benefit the long-term development of these enterprises.
