Technology Innovation Research On The Influence Of Regional Economic Development In Gansu Province

Since the middle of the 20 th century, with the rapid development of China’s economy, also brought serious environmental problems. Environmental pollution and resources shortage is increasingly become the important factor of restricting China’s economic development. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of environmental pollution effectively, to promote coordinated development of environment, resources and economic society. The party’s 18 th take "technological innovation" as the core of the sustainable development pattern, in order to promote the new mode of China’s economic development. Gansu province is relatively severe drought in north China,however, Gansu province have little rain every year and the ecological environment is very fragile, how do avoid the expense of the environment for economic development?As a less developed areas in economy, at the same time, can the Gansu province be fulfilled in order to "technological innovation" as the core of the sustainable development model? It is an important subject in front of the western scholars.What do technological innovation impact on economic growth? In the fragile ecological environment and economic underdeveloped regions and how do promote economic development by technical innovation? Scientifically to answer the above questions is the purpose of this research topic. This paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign scholars on the research situation of technological innovation and regional economic development, and then the relationship between technological innovation and economic development of an in-depth theoretical analysis, and on the basis of the theoretical research of constructing the regional technology innovation ability evaluation indexes, by means of factor analysis to measure the regional technology innovation to the economic development of Gansu province contribution, as well as technological innovation impact on regional economic development in Gansu province in the trend of change. Finally based on the analysis of the advantages and restricting factors of regional economic development in Gansu province, on the basis of increased technical innovation was put forward to some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of regional economy in Gansu province.
