Nowadays, China’s domestic reform and opening to the outside worl d had come to the new breakthroughs. Chinese economy now meets the s tructure contradiction and new excess production capacity on the way of development.Upon this condition, Chairman Xi had proposed the “Belt a nd Road” strategic idea in order to adapt to the changes of international e conomy.And this would become the new growth point of Chinese Econo my.This had steered the sprawl of Chinese aluminum industry developme nt.Yulian group, as a large foreign invest enterprise which occupied a c ertain position in Chinese coal aluminum industry, had through nearly 30 years of development. Comparing with the development in recent years, Yulian group had encountered the adjustment and transformation of indus trial structure. Therefore, how to find a long-term strategy to adapt the ne w condition is the central issue of Yulian group now.The paper analysis the environment and management of the group c ome to the conclusion that the group was now met the business opportuni ty come with the“Belt and Road” and the challenge of “Market saturation and aluminum prices continued to decline”.By the results of analysis, thi s company got some advantages in the technological and regional strategi c alliance parts, and disadvantages in the energy bottleneck and low adde d value parts. The opportunity had won the advantage of the threats. On t his condition, the company would better to choose the aggressive develop ment and strategy and emphasis “The integrated whole industry chain str ategy”.This paper has three suggests to practice the strategy of Yulian group.Firstly,to upgrade the production line, change the aluminum into high pu rity aluminum as its final production. Secondly, to improve the construct of the upstream industry chain. Third, to enhance the competitiveness of t he group, enrich the downstream production such as aluminum sheet and aluminum foil. To compare with these suggests, this paper also gave the Yulian group some practical solutions. This paper is theoretical guidance for the survival and development of aluminum Company, and can be used as a reference for other traditional manufacturing industry.May the practice of the integrated whole industry chain strategy wou ld make the group become model enterprise of the aluminum company tr ansformation in the future.
