Aluminum is the second largest metal material,and its demand is inferior to steel.Its main production method is electrolysis.In the electrolytic aluminum industry,companies need to reserve a certain number of spare parts to ensure the normal operation of equipment.What's worse,spare parts occupy a large amount of circulating capital.However,the electrolytic aluminum industry has high energy consumption and low economic benefits,so reducing the cost of spare parts has become the focus of enterprise management.The research on the management method of spare parts is of great significance.This thesis analyzes the common problems of spare parts management in the electrolytic aluminum industry.On this basis,it conducts research on its management methods,including three aspects: spare parts classification,demand forecast and inventory strategy.Firstly,in terms of spare parts classification,based on the disadvantages of the traditional ABC classification method,this thesis considers the factors such as economy,criticality and availability.The traditional classification method is improved by AHP,which makes the classification result more reasonable.Secondly,in view of the lack of scientific theoretical guidance in demand forecasting,this paper studies the demand prediction of important spare parts.A combined prediction model based on ARIMA,BP neural network,convolutional and long short-term memory is proposed.The model fully extracts the linear and nonlinear characteristics of the time series data of historical spare parts consumption,and obtains more accurate prediction results.Finally,in terms of inventory strategy,maximum and minimum safety stocks are established.According to the characteristics of different types of spare parts,(S-1,S)inventory strategy is adopted for category A spare parts,(T,S)inventory strategy is adopted for category B spare parts,and(Q,R)inventory strategy is adopted for category C spare parts.Based on the above research,the design and development of the spare parts inventory management system has been completed,making theoretical research results can be practically applied.By compiling an independent QR code for each spare part,the whole life cycle of spare parts is tracked and traced,and the circulation of spare parts is fully monitored.The inventory management system can effectively control the quantity of spare parts in inventory,reduce capital consumption,and realize precise management of spare parts.The research on the spare parts management in the electrolytic aluminum industry in this thesis,enriches the theory of spare parts management,and has a certain guiding role in the management of spare parts for electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
