From the angle of the factors of production, possession of the dif ference in the quality of labor and non labor elements in quantity, the income distribution gap with the reproduction cycle of society is widening. At the same time, not a fair share of resources and elements of the illegally obtained is also an im portant reason. Through the analysis of the causes of the gap of income distribution, have b een thinking: under the socialist market economy we should adhere to the dominant position of public ownership, a correct view of the role of the non-public sector of the econom y in our country in the economy, and the positive development of mixed ownership to strengthen the public sector of the economy of scale.
