Research On The Adjustment Of Land Compensation St Andard In Anhui

This paper analyzes the basis of the collected data and field research on the c urrent compensation standard implementation of Anhui Province, including the meth od of determining compensation for land acquisition policy, compensation standards for land acquisition and actual research sample area.Second, in order to land Stakeholders perspective to analyze the current compe nsation standard problems in the implementation process, integrating the interests of Stakeholders demands compensation for land acquisition.Anhui focus on compensation standard reconstructed. Current compensation stan dard value is calculated in multiples of law and for years the main block price met hod, although the block price method annualized value multiples method is more sc ientific, but still based on the original purposes of the land to be compensated, and can not guarantee long-term livelihood of farmers. This paper introduces the meth od of valuation of land, in succession, to promote the block price on the basis of standard block price improvement and innovation remodeling. Serious consideration in the reconstruction process landless farmers on the land value-added benefits, soci al security compensation reasonable demands, as far as possible to ensure the fairne ss and reasonableness standard reconstruction.Finally, combining the interests of the main demands of stakeholders on the ba sis of reconstructed block price on land requisition compensation standards establish ed dynamic adjustment mechanism, in terms of adjustment, adjustment cycle and ad just content of Anhui reform the current system of land compensation provided for reference. Also discussed how to better carry out future land acquisition work in fo ur areas:land strictly according to the law, and earnestly safeguard the interests of farmers; narrow the scope of land requisition, control land scale; scientific develop ment of the land requisition compensation standards, providing full compensation fo r landless farmers; multi-channel resettlement of landless peasants.
