According to the relevant deployment of the "Car Transport Vehicle Governance Work Plan",the non-compliant vehicle transport vehicles will be completely banned from July 1,2018,and the single-vehicle traffic volume of the whole vehicle road transport will decrease.Since road transport has always been the main mode of transportation for vehicle logistics companies,the profit margin of vehicle logistics companies has been further compressed.In order to adapt to the development,vehicle logistics enterprises should change the single road transportation and distribution mode,increase the proportion of railway and waterway transportation,fully integrate the advantages of various transportation modes,and improve the efficiency of enterprises.From the statistical data,the cost of railway transportation is only one-sixth of the cost of road freight,the cost of waterway transportation is lower than that of railway transportation,and the transportation volume can reach ten times that of railway transportation.The development of railway and waterway infrastructure is vigorously developed.Provide a large amount of available resources for vehicle logistics,how to combine the three modes of transportation for multimodal transportation,establish an efficient multimodal transport vehicle transportation network,fully utilize transportation resources,and optimize the existing vehicle transportation network.The key to improving the profit of vehicle logistics companies.However,due to the lack of relevant experience and theoretical research results,there is a great difficulty in the rational formulation of the multi-modal transport scheme for vehicle logistics.For the actual needs of vehicle logistics enterprises,the characteristics of vehicle logistics,transportation mode and distribution mode are summarized.From the aspects of China's automobile industry and related logistics enterprise layout,waterway transportation and railway transportation infrastructure construction development,etc.The basic conditions of vehicle logistics multimodal transport,combined with the actual situation of China's automobile industry,clarify the hierarchical structure of the vehicle logistics network and the applicable transport organization.At the same time,considering the expansion of the number of distribution centers and the need for layout adjustment in the development of multimodal transport,the targeted research on the location of multi-dial centers is carried out,and the determination of the set of candidate points by gravity model is proposed.The improved P-median model is used for location selection,and the algorithm for solving the model is designed.Based on the graph theory,the topological structure of the vehicle logistics multimodal transport network is constructed with the three elements of node,edge and weight.On this basis,based on the single transport line,the cost model and revenue of the whole vehicle logistics are constructed.The model,as well as the profit model,expands the vehicle logistics cost,revenue and profit model of the entire transportation network.Taking the maximum profit of the whole network as the optimization goal,taking the node capacity and transportation aging as the constraints,the optimization model of the multi-modal transport transportation scheme of the whole vehicle logistics was constructed,and the joint solution algorithm of transportation route and transportation mode was designed.Finally,the specific application process and effectiveness of the model method are illustrated through empirical research.
