Current Status And Development Strategy Of Maize Harvesting Mechanization In China

The rapid development of agricultural mechanization is making the maize harvested at this stage of transition from traditional manual harvesting to modern harvest mechanization. In recent years, rising standards of mechanized harvesting for maize, its machine income level of the country to reach 33 percent in 2011, the level of mechanization of the harvest is still at the low end of the level, the pace of development still can not meet the production requirements, which is the bottleneck of the development of agricultural mechanization. Due to low-tech maize harvesting machinery, poor product quality factors seriously affect the start of its harvest machinery, as well as promote the use of mechanized harvesting market.This study mainly uses the method of literature research and analysis, historical analysis and comparative analysis, to obtain basic data, facts, study the basic status of China’s maize harvest mechanization, mechanization harvest factors affecting our correlation analysis.China’s "support and benefit agriculture," purchase subsidies and other policies for the development of the maize harvest mechanization has created a favorable condition, due to agricultural machinery and agronomic not matching, poor product quality, low agricultur al hand technique, service is not timely, and many other issues, to some extent, affect the d evelopment of China’s maize mechanization. China’s maize harvest mechanization is affected by natural conditions, economic, policy, technical and social aspects of factors. And the spacing adaptability, non-row harvest technology and product quality were the most important factors to affected the level of maize mechanization.China’s maize harvest mechanization is in the early stages of development, under the guidance of a series of national policy, to coincide with good development opportunities. Within a certain areas, there is a certain time lag harvest for maize, and there will be urgent farming requirements. The following measures were should taken to improve the level of maize harvest mechanization, firstly, improve the promotion of research and extension, improve operational efficiency; The secondly, must develop a unified standard prices, appropriate to reduce the prices of maize harvesting machinery; the thirdly, is grants to implement diversity policies to intensify policy support; and must establish a sound social of scientific service system, to provide comprehensive professional services; the finally, starts to accelerate the pace of market and promote the maize harvest mechanization process. To build a coordinated and effective agricultural industry innovation platform, forming products with independent intellectual property and technology, some products reach the international advanced level; agricultural industrial technology innovation system has been improved, basically built a modern agricultural distribution system and perfect after-sales service network of agricultural machinery.
