Since reform and opening-up. agricultural modernization and industrialization in Anhui Province has entered a period of rapid development, more and more farmers are going out of poverty towards a well-off society. Meanwhile, a large number of rural laborers began to shift from agricultural production to township enterprises and service industry sectors, thereby pressing against the mechanization of agricultural production processes to achieve. In addition, in order to further develop agricultural production and early realization of agricultural modernization, we have to use advanced technology and equipment to transform the traditional mode of agricultural production and increase their productivity, reduce labor intensity and improve the yield per unit area and increase of farmers’ income. Therefore, Promote the rapid development of agricultural mechanization and modernization of agriculture has become an inevitable trend.This paper firstly analyses the developing situation and influence factors of Agricultural Mechanization in Anhui Province in recent ten years; Second, choose the data for 2002 to 2012 in the municipalities, constructing the index system of comprehensive evaluation for agricultural mechanization, using analytic hierarchy process gives weight to indicators and analysis of the comprehensive evaluation on the level of agricultural mechanization development in Anhui Province; By score to further analysis of the current problems in the development of agricultural mechanization in Anhui Province; finally, on how to improve the level of development of Agricultural Mechanization and realize full mechanization, we analyzed the countermeasures.The results of this research indicates that:The Anhui Province agricultural mechanization level in the country come out in front, and nearly ten years of agricultural machinery in Anhui Province, the total growing structure optimization, mechanical equipment, the operation level of agricultural mechanization development level of steady-growth, production bottleneck to achieve a breakthrough, the government finance investment increased year by year, agricultural technology training work step a new level. The land, labor, the income level of farmers, land management scale and the government policy are the main influence factors of Anhui agricultural mechanization level of development.According to the comprehensive evaluation of city development level of agricultural mechanization of Anhui score analysis showed that, the development of regional agricultural machinery, agricultural equipment structural contradictions, and mainly production mechanization levels are still Unbalanced.Finally, this paper should increase policy support in Anhui Province, further optimize the structure of farm machinery and equipment, improve agricultural mechanization talent, and adapted to local conditions to develop characteristic agriculture machinery industry, speed up agricultural demonstration Park, accelerated land transfer and promote the industrialization of farm machinery service and other policy measures to further improve the overall level of agricultural mechanization.
