Chinese family business showing an unprecedented vigor, after establishing the market economy. Family members of family business have absolute controlling stake, although in business start-up period, this type of individual decision-making model in family business, for the rapid development and pioneering enterprise has a positive meaning, but with the advancement of economic integration, China small and medium private enterprises, especially family enterprises in the economically underdeveloped areas are facing increasingly much more fierce competitive pressures, and it has been a bottleneck restricting their development. In this paper, the author chose a real estate industry Guangyuan Jiange family business as the research object, through questionnaires and interviews in the form of the theory in support under the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the less developed areas of the family business and social impact and summarized from the internal and external aspects on the basis of the two summed up the bottleneck of China’s economic development of underdeveloped areas of family business, including brain drain, making mistakes, the corporate culture is no longer appropriate the reality; financing difficulties, it is difficult to introduce professional agents for enterprises, so as to further strengthen the importance of proposed personnel; try to establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanisms and a standardized system of board decision; establish appropriate corporate culture; diversification of property rights; appropriate separation of ownership and management rights gradually establish six managers countermeasures system.
