With the world economy to speed up the process of integration and globalization, as well as the constant deepening of China's market economy development, and family businesses has also been rapid development and become a socialist market economic system is an important component. The wishes of a large number of non-corporate brain drain, constraining the sustainable development of family businesses and family businesses with an impact on survival and development of key issues. How to face the brain drain and control the family business, stability, talents, has become a family enterprise human resource management faces a major problem.This small family businesses around the heart of Xi'an, the brain drain issue in detail discussed. Affect the flow of talent by family business the main factors are:management systems, pay and benefits, corporate environmental conditions, human resources, sound planning and development, effective communication, incentive mechanism. For the survey made by this family of employees for the management of factors, job satisfaction and the brain drain survey data, empirical study of the brain drain and the family relationship between corporate governance factors, the development of family business for reference.Text is divided into five chapters:the first chapter, the main introduction for family enterprises, the paper studies the background of meaning, methods and ideas. The second chapter for literature review and theoretical. The third chapter xi road & bridge engineering problems for Kai brain-drain empirical research company. The fourth chapter xi road &bridge engineering problems for Kai company drain causes and countermeasures. This research mainly discussed in chapter 5, the main conclusions and Suggestions for future research. Based on the actual situation, the small family businesses to specific regional specific types of brain drain problem of research, has certain significance of innovation. Hope this paper can give xian area of research and family enterprise to bring a bit enlightenment and help.
