The Present Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Motivation for Technical Personnel of D center Abstract Motivation is managers’ key function,it is the core of the enterprise human resources management. It is the important instrumentality to attract talented person、detains the talented person and develop talented person.Presently,the technical personnel in D center the encouragement not high.and drains seriously.Therefore to establish a set of practical and feasible motivation countermeasure which Can arouses technical personnel’S work enthusiasm fully,causes its full display potential,is the enterprise development urgentmatter.In this paper, combining the basic theory of motivation and demand, from the geological institutions to discuss the problems of incentive mechanism as the starting point, the demand for technical personnel D center and carried on the analysis to meet the conditions, puts forward the existing problems. On the basis of the problem analysis, on the basis of the relevant incentive theory, from the perspective of meet the demand of technical personnel, puts forward the D center technical staff incentive countermeasures: establishing pegged to the contribution of pay system; Set up technical staff career development planning; Integrated application of a variety of spiritual incentive methods, meet the technical personnel’s psychological needs.This article adopts the research method of theory with practice, adhere to discover problems, analyzing problems and the research train of thought to solve the problem, based on different incentive theory, in combination with the practical situation of the center of the D at the same time, puts forward the effective countermeasures and Suggestions in view of the technical personnel incentives, and put forward reasonable and effective technical talent incentive mechanism, to increase the technical personnel’s job satisfaction and reduce turnover rate, improve the enthusiasm of purpose.
