Information economy, industry intelligence, social networks, digital life reflects the China is highly information oriented to forward, major changes in the way of production and life of people, consumer electronics, communication and network, new energy, portable devices, automotive electronics and other electronic equipment has been widely used and electronic equipment upgrading will give components industry development has brought a huge market. Demand for electronic components is huge, as one of the key parts of the connector demand will be considerable. At the same time, the state for small and micro enterprises to support efforts to increase of engaged in electronic components of small and micro enterprises is an opportunity and challenge, market competition will become more intense, facing the market situation will even more severe.TCDZ is a small and micro enterprise engaged in the sales connector, is currently in the learning period of adjustment, and the correct marketing tactics to whether can smooth out the learning period of adjustment into the stage of rapid development plays a vital role. Based on the marketing tactics and enterprise life cycle theory, this paper explores the development of marketing tactics for TCDZ company.This paper comprehensively uses the interview method, case study method, literature research method, first of the TCDZ company marketing present situation and the problem of the system analysis. Secondly, the factors that make TCDZ marketing tactics are analyzed from four aspects: macro, industry, micro and SWOT factor. At the end of this paper, based on the 4P marketing tactics theory, from product tactics, channel tactics, price tactics and promotion tactics proposed for marketing tactics recommendations for improvement, expect to be able to help TCDZ company smoothly through the learning phase adjustment, for the further development and lay a solid foundation. This research is undoubtedly important for TCDZ companies in the study and adjustment period.
