Comparative Study Of International Environment For China Enterprise Overseas Operation

The overseas mergers and investment by China Enterprises have developed rapidly during the process of vast force of globalization in the 21 st century,so the China Enterprises have put more emphasis on the International Environment.And Asia overseas business occupies a large proportion in the world.However there are many problems in this process, and it bring out a lot of economic loss and failures.The mainly reason is that China Enterprises ignored part of factors in the operation environment during the process of "going out".So China Enterprises have to face what kind of environment during the process of overseas operation? The business environment is composed of what factors?They are problems need to be solved by China Enterprises.This paper regard the International Environment about China Enterprise Overseas Operation in Asia as the research object,it adopt the most advanced Classification method to divide the overseas operation environment into hard environment and soft environment.First,it analysed the overall situation of International Environment about China Enterprise Overseas Operation in five contries(areas) of Asia;Second,it give a Comparative Study to China Hongkong 、 Singapore 、 Mongolia 、 Indonesia and Kazakhstan on the overseas operation environment;In the end,it adopt the mainly research method- The principal component analysis method,and give an empirical analysis to the five aseas.
