Study On Facilitation Of Direct Investment In Vietnam

At present,all the countries in the world,especially the developing countries are actively adapting to the changes and development of the pattern of international trade and promote the opening of domestic new industry,hope to constantly improve trade partners,how to realize trade facilitation is very important both in the process,change of investment rules,industry introduction,property protection and capital etc.the industrial environment constitutes the important content of trade facilitation;this is important in Vietnam based on this international trade in Southeast Asia to discuss its members,how to actively docking business,improving the internal environment,realize the development of trade facilitation.This paper mainly divides the proposition of "Vietnam's investment facilitation" into the following points:first,what is direct investment facilitation;the two is the main connotation of direct investment facilitation;the three is the convenience level measurement of direct investment facilitation.In view of the above three problems,this paper expounds in the second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter,and also recognizes and understands the core content of this article,from which angle to discuss the influencing factors of trade facilitation.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:one is the investment facilitation for domestic and foreign direct investment to achieve common development as the goal,through a variety of measures from the inside out,from top to bottom of a positive and dynamic process,this process is continuously perfect,probably after a few years or even decades.The development of low cost,and ultimately to achieve full flow of domestic investment growth and industrial development in the domestic and foreign capital;two is the factors that affect the analysis of investment facilitation can from two aspects of hard investment environment factors and investment analysis of the impact factors of soft environment,the hard investment environment is mainly analyzed from our intuitive feelings to the climate,temperature,quality of personnel and education level,and soft investment environment is based on the political,cultural,legal and other intangible Factor analysis;three,the facilitation level of investment facilitation is mainly from two aspects:the hard environment and the soft environment.Considering the correlation between factors,we choose as many as two or even three factors.Finally,the conclusion in this paper the fourth chapter obtained and analyzed in the third chapter,we put forward relevant policy recommendations for the realization of Vietnam investment facilitation level,need after in the construction of infrastructure construction and business environment,and strengthen cooperation among nations and make efforts to achieve a win-win situation.
