Evaluation Of Accuracy Of Poverty Alleviation In Baode County Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

The 19th CPC National Congress pointed out:Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the face of the new situation,new situations and new problems,we must keep pace with the times and make new thinking on precision-oriented poverty alleviation from a new perspective.From now till 2020,it is the decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country.Therefore,we should pay close attention to the progress and effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation in all the poverty-stricken areas,focus on the development of poverty-stricken areas,inspire the endogenous motivation of the poor,and strengthen examination and supervision.Based on the analysis of the premise and implementation kernel of precision poverty alleviation in China,this paper combines the theory of human capital and multidimensional poverty theory to explore the actual situation of poverty in Baode County from the perspectives of the income structure,expenditure structure,and labor resources of poor households.The implementation of the current poverty alleviation work in Baode County and its achievements.The scientific and objective evaluation indicators for poverty alleviation work were selected to establish an evaluation index system for precision poverty alleviation in Baode County.From the analysis of the improvement of living standards,the implementation of poverty alleviation policies,the improvement of poverty-stricken villages,and the satisfaction of precision poverty alleviation and other four modules,an evaluation system including four first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators was established,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used.Calculate the weight of each indicator,use expert scores to determine the degree of membership,and based on the actual situation of accurate poverty alleviation work in Baode County,objectively,fairly,and comprehensively evaluate the overall level of precision poverty alleviation work in the county.Finally,according to the problems existing in precision poverty alleviation in Baode County,suggestions were put forward to actively implement accurate poverty alleviation policies,improve public infrastructure,adjust planting structure,and promote poverty alleviation through science and technology,with the aim of providing decision-making references for poverty alleviation in Baode County.
