| The competition between enterprises in the final analysis is the competition between human resource under a mature system of economic development, human resources play a core role in the enterprise, during the process of management, risks may occur at any time due to its own complexity and particularity, Small and micro enterprises are such important parts to national economy, from 2011 to now,so many measures are taken by state to promote the development of small and micro companies, They should pay more attention to the risk of human resource management which is vital to enterprises will get success or failure.There is a current status quo of small and micro enterprises generally lack of importance given the evaluation of human resource management risk, on the basis of analyse and summarize the feature of HRM in the small and micro enterprises, this paper uses Delphi method to establish evaluation index system which is suitable to small and micro enterprises after three rounds’ expert consultation, and the information entropy and unascertained mathematics are applied to risk assessment of human resource management, indexes’ weights are determined by information entropy and unascertained measure model are used to evaluation and identification. Finally, there is a comprehensive assessment of the risk of human resource management to a small company in Handan City, as an example for empirical research, Verified the validity of the evaluation model and the operability of the method.Research done in this paper aims to evoke the importance of small and micro enterprises give to human resource management risks, offering an effective method of risk evaluation and enterprises can judge the risk status of current human resource management, analysing the main element that caused the risk,All above has a practical significance for small and micro enterprises prevent human resource management risk. |
