Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is an important Enterprise informationization technique and software system, ERP is based on information technique, uses advanced contemporary enterprise management thought, it is a management platform that totally integrates all resources information, and provides information for planning, decision-making, controlling, performance evaluation.ERP is complicated system , an efficient application of ERP involves the change of people's traditional management thought, management model and management mechanism, improvement of management methods, enhancement of management foundation, business process reengineering, adjustment of organization structure, re-allocation of right, responsibility and benefit. And the aim of the project, the feasibility of the project, building of the project management system and operation mechanism, selection of software, project's implementation method, all these problems involved a lot of unascertained factors, so the ERP project has the characteristic of involving wide range, hard difficulty, long cycle and complicated system.Our country don't build a scientific, systematic, standard, effective ERP project management system and operation mechanism, for example, making definite application aim, ERP project's quality control, ERP project supervision, ERP application performance evaluation. It is difficult to plan, control, supervise and ensure the project's implementation. It adds risk to ERP project's implementation, also influence the application level of ERP. Risk management decides on ERP project's successful implementation. To decrease the possibility of risk effectively only by identifying and controlling these risk actively and initiatively.This thesis study the ERP project's implementation risk management systematically. By identifying ERP implementation risk, analyzing risk driving factors, evaluating implementation risk, controlling implementation risk, provide an effective method to manage ERP implementation risk. Build an unascertained measurement model to evaluate the level ERP implementation risk, combine the qualitative evaluation and the quantitative evaluation. By studying, to make more enterprises have a clear realization of ERP, improve the risk consciousness and the ability of dealing with the risk, to make more and more enterprises use this management method, to improve Chinese enterprises'informationization level and market competitive ability.
