The Inclusive Development Research Of Tourism Community Based On The Residents’ Perception

Inclusive development, emphasizing that everybody is responsible for the development, paying attention to equality of opportunity in the development process, paying attention to the comprehensive coordination development content, and pursuit of development benefit sharing.It is a new, more fair and more comprehensive concept and mode of development.Because of the generation of "inclusive growth",China is on the path of inclusive development.It can solve many problems of China,such as the unbalanced development in various industries, one-sided pursuit of economic benefits, ignore the participation of vulnerable groups, and the unfairness problems about opportunity and interests share. Tourism benefits is prominent,but the development mode is behindhand,such as the development mode is simplification,the uneven distribution of interests,community participation is insufficient and conflict of all the interests.All the problems can be solved in the theoretical connotation of inclusive development. Inclusive development theory will guide the tourism community, realize the overall development and provide new perspectives for the future development of tourism.The study of this article is mainly about the inclusive development mode and the realize path of the tourism community in the scenic spot, the cases that Ⅰ selected is the tourism community in laoshan scenic. My research focus on the inclusive development theory, by analyzing the development of the tourism community, to investigate the relationship between the scenic spot and the community, and clearly realize the tourism community inclusive development mode and path. Especially emphasize the equality of participation opportunity and benefit sharing for tourism community internal disadvantaged. The ultimate goal is to achieve all social members, including disadvantaged groups to participate in tourism development, realize the equality of opportunity and equal participation, and reasonable share the achievements of development.In this paper, we study the core value of inclusive development theory on the basis of fully speculative, found the inclusive development theory is different from increasing power theory, such as the key of the related theory, namely the inclusive development theory pays more attention to tourism destination overall balanced development, and give more attention to disadvantaged community, and combining with the specific case interview results, found insufficient community participation in tourism, internal differentiation is serious, and confiicls between the scenic area and the tourism community, targeted put forward the inclusive development mode and path for travel communities. And to the future development of China’s similar travel community,It’s a certain guiding significance for reference.
