Research On The Influence Of Community Capacity On Inclusive Development Of Tourism

Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the strategy of rural revitalization has become the main focus of China's work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era,and tourism has become the vanguard of the strategy of rural revitalization.As a smokeless industry and a happy industry in the new era,tourism,under the concept of inclusive development,pursues fairness and justice in the development process and a win-win sharing of development results.This is exactly in line with the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy of "thriving industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and prosperous life".In the institutional environment of China,there are many stakeholders in the development of rural community tourism,and the key actors in the inclusive development of tourism are community residents.Therefore,it has become an important topic of community tourism research to analyze the function mechanism of community capacity and institutional embedding on inclusive tourism development,as well as how to balance the relationship between community capacity and institutional embedding.Based on the theory of community developme nt,community identity theory,theory of embedded system and inclusive development theory,using exploratory Inductive reasoning,standard analysis method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis and other research methods,to rural tourism community residents as the research object,the mechanism of action of inclusive development for community capacity for tourism,and community identity and embedded system in which play a specific role,has carried on the thorough theoretical discussion.SPSS,AMOS and Matlab were used to analyze the relationship between community capacity,institutional embedding and inclusive tourism development.It basically clarifies the internal relationship between community capacity,institutional embedding and inclusive tourism development,as well as the game relationship among community residents,formal institutional subjects and informal institutional subjects.The main conclusions are as follows.First,clarify the relationship between community capacity and inclusive tourism development.The two dimensions of community capacity--community autonomy capacity and social capital capacity--have significant positive effects on the inclusive development of tourism,reflecting the good explanatory power of community capacity on the realization factors of inclusive development of tourism.Second,the relationship between community competence and community identity is clarified.The two dimensions of community competence,community autonomy and social capital,have significant positive effects on the two dimensions of community identity,community function and community emotion.That is,community autonomy positively affects community functional identity,community autonomy positively affects community affective identity,social capital positively affects community functional identity,and social capital positively affects community affective identity.Third,clarify the relationship between community identity and inclusive tourism development.Both functional identity and emotional identity of community identity have a significant positive impact on inclusive tourism development,indicating that community identity has a good predictive effect on inclusive tourism development.The higher the community identity is,the better the inclusive tourism development effect will be.Fourth,the mediating effects of functional identity and emotional identity in the two dimensions of community identity are significant,which reveals the different paths of community competence to inclusive development and confirms that community identity plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between community competence and inclusive tourism development.The inherent logical relationship between community capacity,community identity and inclusive tourism development provides some inspiration for the development of rural tourism,which in addition to direct ascending community capacity to promote inclusive development,should also focus on community identity,through community capacity to promote community recognition,and promote the inclusive development of tourism.Fifth,demonstrate the non-linear regulating effect of institution embedded in community capacity on inclusive development of tourism.It indicates that the degree of institutional embedding is not the greater the better or the smaller the better.The formal system has a significant inverted u-shaped regulating effect,which means that the formal system has the highest regulating effect on a certain critical value,and the regulating effect is gradually enhanced and weakened before and after the critical value.On the contrary,the informal system has a significant u-shaped regulating effect on the influence of social capital capacity on inclusive development of tourism,which means that the informal system has the lowest regulating effect on a certain critical value,and the regulating effect is gradually weakened and enhanced before and after the critical value.However,the informal system does not have a significant u-shaped regulating effect on the influence of social autonomy ability on the inclusive development of tourism.The innovation of this study lies in the following aspects: first,from the perspective of research,this study combines the theory of institution embedding with the theory of community development,constructs the theoretical framework of the relationship between community capacity,institution embedding and tourism inclusive development,and studies the influence mechanism of community capacity on tourism inclusive development from the embedded perspective.It integrates the relationship of various variables,makes up for the deficiency of existing research,and broadens the research field of community tourism.Secondly,in terms of the research content,on the one hand,it illustrates the non-linear regulating role of institution embedded in the relationship between community capacity and tourism inclusive development,and different institution types play different roles.The research results to some extent enrich the research on the institutional mechanism of community tourism development;Introducing community identity as a intervening variable,on the other hand,community capacity influence on tourism inclusive development mechanism,confirmed the community identity in community capacity and the relationship between tourism inclusive development plays a significant intermediary role,affect ability to open the community tourism inclusive development of a certain contribution to the problem of "black box";Third,in terms of research methods,on the one hand,a set of localized tourism inclusive development impact mechanism system scale was constructed.On the basis of referring to the relevant scale,adding and subtracting the items in the scale and revising the description method in combination with the Chinese context and research needs,and through empirical research,the scale of the impact mechanism system of tourism inclusive development is formed,which provides a model for future research.On the other hand,the author innovatively USES game thinking to analyze and deduce the relationship between the influencing factors of the inclusive development of community tourism.By building the community residents,the formal system and informal system of subject system of multiple dynamic game,more intuitive understanding of the tripartite interest groups between action strategy change,thus the evolutionary path of clear understanding of the main parties game for later about the tripartite game evolution of tourism related interest subjects research provide reference method.The theoretical significance of this study lies in the attempt to construct an analytical framework for the influence mechanism of inclusive development of rural community tourism from the perspective of embedding theory in new economic sociology.It also explores how community competence influences inclusive development of tourism through community identity,and how the differences between formal and informal institutions embed and influence the relationship between community competence and inclusive development of tourism,which enriches the research theories of tourism community participation and institutional change.This study analyzes the relationship between community capabilities and institutional embeddedness,and provides theoretical references and practical basis for the implementation path of inclusive development of community tourism in China in the new period.The practical significance of this study lies in guiding tourism communities to make full use of policy dividends,solving the problem of inadequate community capacity,and promoting the inclusive development of tourism.To clarify the role of community capacity in inclusive development and provide practical guidance for community participation and inclusion in rural tourism.The formal system and the informal system should be effectively connected,the administrative efficiency should be enhanced,and the econo mic development efficiency of community tourism should be improved.
