The Research On Supervision Of Food-production Enterprises In Inner Mongolia

Food is one of the essential substances that are concerned with the living of human. Not only does the food safety influence the live and health of the public but also the image of the Communist Party and the government. So far, food safety has become an social focus all over the world and has been payed more and more attention to. Along with the development of the economy and society of our nation, the living conditions of people are improved. Thus, we begin to step into the stage of ensuring the food safety from the stage of ensuring the food supply. However, there are still many problems of food safety existing, and the events of food safety happening now and then. This thesis aims to analyze the present problem and deficiency in the regulating work of the food manufacturer in Inner Mongolia, through studying the food safety circumstances all over the country and the supervision work of the food manufacturer in Inner Mongolia. Meanwhile, by checking the advanced management ideas of the international food safety regulation and the experience and practice of the developed regions, the theories of the supervision executing are also discussed in this thesis to elevate our ability of supervising and the level of ensuring food safety.This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the researching background, researching ideas and researching methods. The second part is the literature review about concepts and theories of food and food regulations. The third part demonstrates the current situation of the food safety in China and the present supervision work of food manufacturer as well as the situation of the reformation of food safety regulation. The fourth part lists the problems and causes that exist in the supervision work. The fifth part analyzes the advanced experiences in food safety regulation and the supervision of food manufacturer. The sixth part put forward some suggestions and countermeasures conforming to the supervision work of food safety so as to provide reference to a more effective food safety regulation and a more operative method for the supervision work.
