The Optimization Study Of CQL Quality Management And Control System

Quality issue has become increasingly important in recent years. Corporations will have only a dead end if they do not pay attention to quality. The product will lose market if it doesn’t have good quality. Corporations will make no profit if they lose the market and as a result of that, they can only be closed. The quality management of Chinese corporations is still in the developing stage. Accompanied by rising consumers’ awareness of quality, coupled with the industry’s opening to the outside world and foreign exchange, corporations will gradually change the current status, strengthen internal quality and improve the quality performance of product.CQL has passed the quality management system certification. Through the implementation of quality management system documentation, the company’s quality management system got improved, but didn’t keep improving. After joining CAT, CQL introduced many advanced management methods like 6Sigma, CPS, TPM,5S management, CAV and value stream certification etc. The new management methods were implemented by different departments but didn’t integrate with the company’s original quality management system. As a result there were different requirements for the same process in operation, resulting in some of the processes confusion. Meanwhile CQL took major organization restructurings in 2013, quality management and quality control system also changed a lot. Currently CQL has more than one system, each of which focuses differently; hence they bring a very confusing feeling to departments. It was meant to increase product quality and market competitiveness to adopt these systems, but actually the desired effects were not achieved, and in some aspects it was even worse before.The merits of quality management and quality control system directly affect the quality of products. Under this circumstances, this paper studies CQL current situation, integrates economics, human resource management, statistics, management science and other disciplines theory, analyzes and researches the original quality management system, quality control system as well as Carter advanced management system, tries to find out the problems of the current system and optimizes it to meet the current market and strives to explore the quality management and quality control system that fits current market conditions and fulfills the company’s development strategy combining Chinese and foreign advanced experience. Other companies with similar problem can also take reference from it.
