Research On The Supervision Of Affordable Housing In China

In recent years, with the accelerating urbanization process in China, housing security has become one of the most concerned problem of the whole society. Affordable housing project,as an important way to solve the housing problems of low-income groups, affects the hearts of millions of people. Since 2008, the government pays more attention to the construction of affordable houses. China has entered a period of rapid development of affordable housing.However,if the affordable housing project can really solve the housing problems of low-income groups, received more and more question of people. On the one hand,part of the group have got the benefit of affordable housing policy,on the other hand,affordable housing project has been challenged by the laggard supervision system. Currently, the affordable housing project revealed many problems in the supervision process.This paper will diagnose the whole supervision process of affordable housing to search the cause and design the supervision system of affordable housing in order to make the supervision more comprehensive and all-around.The work and innovations are as follows:(1) Research the problem of affordable housing supervision according to the current supervision situation home and abroad.On the basis of the analysis of the problem, this paper will design the supervision system of affordable housing.The structure diagram is drew up to make the composition and size of personnel clear.(2) Introduce the content of the supervision system. The supervision work of the whole process are decomposed to define the task.This paper will design the WBS Dictionary.(3) An integrated supervision system which is dominated by government supervision is established.This paper will design the function distribution table and point out the key regulatory work.(4) This paper will propose some measures to improve the supervision system,including setting up a special organization responsible for the supervision, encouraging social supervision,team construction,legislation issues, innovative means of supervision and credit-system building.
