Many scholars believe that the core competitive advantages of enterprises have three foundations:corporate strategy,corporate culture and human resources.Over the years,experts and scbolars have conducted in-depth discussions on corporate culture,and found that the steady development of excellent enterprises is not only a prominent advantage in some aspects,they all have excellent corporate culture,Excellent culture can promote the business development,improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Enterprise management is a system of overall management,to enable enterprises to sustainable and healthy development,to force a way to achieve management is not the best way to manage,companies began to advocate the good cultural environment,employees can introspection,consciously,self-discipline to self-motivation,improve the operation ability of enterprises,continue to provide spiritual motivation.Combining with the current domestic and foreign enterprise culture,merger and reorganization of the enterprise culture construction and some of the state-owned enterprise culture construction research results and experience,in CT group as the research object,by investigation and interview some of the CT group managers and staff,research CT group’s present situation and the culture construction of enterprise culture,find out the main problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture in and the reasons,including the following contents:The enterprise ignores the unity of culture,fails to update the system and norms in a timely mannner,fails to effectively deal with the conflict of corporate culture,fails to adhere to the "people-oriented" principle,leaders do not pay enough attention to corporate culture,and inadequate publicity and training,etc.,and analyzes from various aspects,finally puts forward optimization strategies,From the following six aspects:to optimize the CT group enterprise culture construction:group’s overall planning and unified culture,update and improve the system of enterprise,adhere to the "people-oriented" enterprise culture idea,actively respond to the enterprise culture conflict,promoting the coordinated development of party culture and enterprise culture,and strengthen the publicity and training of enterprise culture,It is hoped that the optimization countermeasures proposed in this paper can have certain guiding effect and practical significance.
