Business Planning As An Instrument Of Making Management Decisions

The aim of the research is to study the theoretical aspects of business planning, as well as the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company and the strategy of its development through the expansion of activities.In this study were used the methods of mathematical statistics, methods of systematic, graphical, statistical, and comparative analysis. In the process of solving problems apply such General techniques of scientific knowledge, as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as quantitative methods, such as discounting, sensitivity analysis of projects, scenario analysis, earned value method, etc.To explore the topic was made the theoretical study of the peculiarities of business planning, the place and role of the business plan in the enterprise management system, and an assessment of the organization’s planning Gazprom Invest Vostok LLC, the analysis of efficiency of activity of the company, identified strengths and weaknesses in the company’s activities, the proposed specific recommendations for improvement of activity of the company using the tools of business planning.In the research work was developed a business plan for the expansion of the company, proposed specific recommendations on the implementation of the investment project, the estimation of investment risks, the estimated change in performance Gazprom Invest Vostok LLC with regard to the implementation of the investment project. Implementation of the proposed recommendations will improve the efficiency of the target company.The area of possible practical application is the planning and implementation of investment projects of large oil and gas companies.Recommendations were offered for acquaintance to the department of development of Gazprom invest Vostok LLC and has received approval by the company’s management.
