Study On Optimizing The Procurement Management For Manufacturing Company M

The world has entered the era of global supply chain, all companies need to find their own position in global supply chain system and establish the corresponding development strategy. How to integrate the existing resources for traditional manufacturing enterprise, enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises and establish the core competitive advantage for the sustainable development, which become the focus of attention for all the industries.With the constant development and growth of company M, the deficiencies in existing supply chain management of M company has become increasingly prominent, such as the irrational organization structure design, lack of supplier selection criteria and supplier evaluation system, high purchase cost, high amount of inventory and long delivery and so on, therefore, how to put forward an optimization scheme for the problems of supply chain management that M company faced with will become a theme that the Paper is going to research.
