This paper tries to give a comparison study of the producer service trade’s and consumer service trade’s impacts on the economic growth path, and that is how the heterogeneity trade in services affect the elements accumulation. The paper tries to use many methods to study, includes establishing a theoretical model, using Chinese data from 1997 to 2013 to make empirical research and comparing with different countries by analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods. In terms of model building, this paper is in reference of Lucas’s human capital model and improves Baumol’s (1067) macroscopic two departments to establish a new model and use this new model to deduce conclusions. If γc>γp, which means consumer service trade has high labor productivity, it tends that consumer service trade can enhance the human capital much more than the producer service trade does. However, in the other side, producer service trade tends to enhance material capital and technology level much more than consumer service trade does. If γc<γp, the conclusion will be opposite. In terms of empirical analysis, the paper uses the 9 models and Chinese data in recent years to get regression conclusion. The results greatly prove the theoretical conclusions and show the specific affect paths of economic growth of consumer service trade and producer service trade. Besides, it shows that the different styles of developing service trade will affect the elements accumulation, which means cross-border payments and FAT will have influence on the effect. After that, this paper tries to divide consumer service trade and producer service trade into 11 smaller industries to make further study about the elements accumulation of the 11 industries and have the results that different industries have different effects on the elements accumulation. In terms of the comparison with other countries, the paper tries to use Chinese data to compare with other countries to make conclusions and then make meaningful suggestions. Firstly, pay much attention to the importance of human capital in the service trade. Secondly, try to strengthen the producer service trade in the style of cross-border payments. Thirdly, try to strengthen the government service trade in the style of cross-border payments. Fourthly, cultivate much more financial talents and enhance the competitiveness of financial service trade. Fifthly, optimize the structure of trade in services in the form of commercial presence. Sixthly, introduce the FATS statistics results as soon as possible.
