Being China's most important economic and financial city, Shanghai now is facing the changes in the mode of development, and speed up the formation of the international economic, financial, trade and shipping centre. The comprehensive development of the modern service industry and international trade in services is the focus of Shanghai's future economic development. International trade in services is a comparative advantage of countries or regions compete in the international market, and the dynamic changes also foretells a country or region's future prospects for the development of trade in services. Faced with the development of international trade in services challenges and opportunities, the study of the dynamic comparative advantages of international trade in services of Shanghai is of important strategic significance and practical application value.With the conditions of the international economic environment, the domestic and regional environment, and the application of international trade and trade in services comparative advantage theory, this article is to identify the development of Shanghai international trade in services in dynamic comparative advantages and disadvantages, empirical research Shanghai's impact of international trade in services growth and decline of comparative advantage, as well as the role of various factors mechanism, and propose the Shanghai International Services Trade development strategy, the development of mechanisms and policies measures.According to the above objectives, the structure and logic of this arrangement is:Chapter 1, described the background, the issue and the significance of the study, and gave some literatures of the international trade in services comparative advantage theory, also described this study objective, logical structure and research methods.Chapter 2 introduced the development trend of pattern structure of international trade in services in the definition of trade in services concept, scope and characteristicsChapter 3 measured RCAS indicators empirical analysis of Shanghai international trade in services dynamic comparative advantages with the application of existing theoretical models, indicators and analysis method. Chapter 4 in-depth study on the main factors impact of trade in services and changing comparative advantage in Shanghai, which focuses on empirical research the dynamic process of techniques and capital, labor and human capital, and other factors affecting the Shanghai comparative advantages, with the use of the theoretical framework and measurement model of comparative advantages of international trade in services.Chapter 5 put forward a workable proposal of Shanghai's future development strategy of trade in services, institutional arrangements, management mechanisms, and policies and measures, which based on theoretical and empirical research findings.Through this theoretical research and empirical analysis can find that more than half of Shanghai 10 service trade sector have absolute advantage to Hong Kong and Singapore. Even if it is absolutely inferior sector, there are still some relatively advantages. All of which shows the profound foundation and potential of the development of Shanghai international trade in services. But the absolute advantage of most of the trade in services sector in Shanghai gradually reduced. It was also found that human capital plays the most prominent role to improve the comparative advantage of trade in services of Shanghai. And it is not only reflected in the production sector for advanced services technology spillover effect, and also, as a factor of production services, the overall human capital investment in Shanghai service trade sector promotes the changes in comparative advantage.
