"Learning" and "work" are two major themes of human’s life, from school to work is also experience of growth and change each graduate must go through. Well, there is gap between education in the school and orientation in the enterprise, which sure to bring the challenges faced by the new employees in the workplace, and produce learning motivation and demand. How new employees to learn in the workplace? What factors affect their learning? This study focuses on new employees as the research object, and revolves around their workplace learning status and influence factors.The research method combining quantitative research and qualitative research.By early interview with new employees forms an initial contact with the object of study and form a preliminary understanding. On the basis of literature research and modified to form questionnaire; Through the implementation of the questionnaire to collect the survey data, and in-depth interviews for new employees, finally get a new employee workplace learning reality status and its influencing factors.This research mainly contains the following chapters:Chapter Ⅰ is introduction, including research origin, research significance, literature review and research design, combing the learning and training for new employees, the workplace learning and the research of influence factors. Chapter Ⅱ survey implementation, this paper introduces the research process, through the questionnaire for new employee workplace learning the implementation of the present situation investigation, including the selection of the research object, research tools, data collecting and sorting, questionnaire reliability and validity test. Chapter Ⅲ the connotation of the new employee workplace learning, combing through literature research in this paper, the connotation and characteristics of new employee workplace learning, workplace learning from the perspective of practice development is new staff and apprenticeship, corporate training, the relationship between the vocational education training mode. Chapter Ⅳ new employees from workplace learning reality, through the questionnaire survey to present new employees in the learning motivation, learning content, learning methods, learning results and evaluation aspects of reality. Chapter V, from the perspectives of learners’ individual differences research new staff instead of workplace learning, compare different gender, the study background, working fixed number of year of new employees of workplace learning. Chapter Ⅵ, from the perspective of situational context, the new staff to study, comparative analysis of different industry, different enterprise types, different positions and new employee workplace learning. Chapter Ⅶ research influence factors of workplace factors through the questionnaire result analysis to extract the workplace environment and the new employee’s influence learners’ individual, combined with in-depth interviews to explore the workplace learning effect. Conclusion and prospect, review paper the research content and conclusion, the study space put forward the future research direction.
