| In recent years,scholars have found that some negative leadership styles emerging in the organization have seriously influenced the work behaviors and attitudes of the new generation of employees,which will hinder the healthy development of the organization.As a typical representative of negative leadership,abusive management has gained wide attention from researchers.The workplace deviant behavior is a kind of invalid,caused by abuse of shame management negative behavior,this kind of behavior not only can make the staff have a negative attitude,is not conducive to employees' career development,also brings to the organization of economic losses,so enterprises must not only attaches great importance to the dominant cost is reduced,also need to pay close attention to by the abuse of shame management brings the negative behavior of the recessive loss caused to the enterprise,should pay more attention to employees' workplace deviant behavior,avoid to cause more serious consequences.Based on this background,this article selects abusive management and employee deviant behavior workplace as the research object,secondly on the basis of combing the relevant documents in disgrace between management and employee deviant behavior workplace abuse of influence factors,then select the internal organizational identity and personality traits as intermediary variables respectively and adjust variables to analyze the abusive management is how to affect employee workplace deviant behavior,tries to analyze the internal mechanism between these four variables,the paper attempts to uncover the fog between abusive management and employee workplace bias.This article is a logical thinking along the "discovery problem-analysis problem-problem solving".In establishing a complete theoretical framework on the basis of empirical data analysis,from two aspects of logic and the fact that the abuse of shame management employee deviant behavior in the workplace in new generation inner mechanism for detailed analysis and interpretation.First of all,domestic and foreign literature reviewed and reviewed.Through to the domestic and foreign scholars research on the four variables in the literature of the comb,understand the present academic research status,and points out that in the present study is yet to be in-depth study,putforward in this paper,the research direction of the targeted;Secondly,inductive theory supports.Through the construction of the theoretical system,it lays a solid foundation for the subsequent research of the article.Finally,empirical analysis.The empirical analysis mainly involves three main parts: the research model and the hypothesis,the preliminary survey and the correction of the questionnaire,the data analysis and the hypothesis testing.Among them,the research hypothesis is based on the theoretical basis to propose the possible relationship between variables and construct the empirical model of this paper.Then,the basis for the formal adjustment is based on the prediction test.Then the correctness of the research hypothesis is verified by empirical analysis of the data.Finally,the research summary.This paper summarizes the research conclusions of this paper,points out the deficiencies in the research and puts forward the prospect.By analyzing the results,the following conclusions are drawn: there are significant differences between individual demographic variables,and there is a significant correlation between the variables.Organizational identification plays an intermediary role between abusive management and workplace deviant behavior;Locus of personality in the abuse of shame in regulating role between management and employee deviant behavior workplace,and external control type personality traits in employees suffered humiliation abuse management employees tend to produce more than internal control type of personality deviation behavior. |
