With the advent of knowledge economy era, human resources have become the first priority for enterprises to obtain and maintain competitiveness and to achieve rapid development, thus getting human resource management more and more concerns and attentions from enterprises. However, in the practice of human resource management, enterprises are most concerned with aspects like training, performance and motivation while attaching inadequate importance to human resource planning, the fundamental work in the human resource management, which determines the achievements of human resource management activities in enterprises. LanShi Group Co., Ltd. also has a similar problem in human resource management, human resource planning for the company to study, not only can help the company raise the level of human resource planning, promote enterprise development, and can provide references to other equipment manufacturing enterprise human resource planning.The paper consists of the following components:Chapter 1 Introduction, describes the major contribution of the background, meaning, content, routes and papers; Chapter 2 Summary and research status of human resource planning theory, explains the meaning of the status quo of human resources planning and research at home and abroad; Chapter 3 LanShi Group Co., Ltd. talent management status quo analysis, from the composition of the organizational structure and personnel qualifications, age, title aspects of the analysis, pointing out problems; Chapter 4, Chapter 5 manpower from the macro and micro levels of LanShi Group Co., Ltd. long-term and short-term supply and demand resources were analyzed, and the short-term supply and demand balance analysis carried out; Chapter 6 is optimization proposal of human resource planning in LanShi Group Co., Ltd.; Chapter 7 is the conclusion and outlook.During the study, the paper studies the current situation of human resources in the LanShi Group Co., Ltd. with human resource planning theories, and then makes a qualitative analysis of the Group’s long-term supply and demand of human resources based on the human resource supply and demand prediction theory. Furthermore, a quantitative analysis and prediction is made on the short-term supply and demand of human resources with the model of personnel replacement and multiple regression and optimization suggestions are put forward:Converting traditional ideas and setting up modern enterprise talent concept to construct learning-oriented enterprises, strengthen innovation capability and actively adapt to the changing market demand for talents; Highlighting human resource planning and assuring the work in plan formulation, implementation and control; Ensuring the implementation of human resources planning in such aspects as the work mechanism, system, technology and culture.
