Study On The Evaluation Of Talents Aggregating Environment Of Automobile Manufacturing Industry In Chongqing

In recent years,the development of knowledge economy has greatly promoted the status and role of talents in society. This causes the talents completely become scarce resources for different regions and enterprises. The quantity and quality of talents is the key to an industry’s development. And the degree of talent agglomeration will affect the level of speed and altitude of industrial development. As an important category of heavy industry, automobile manufacturing industry’s major problem is how to gather more specialized personnel at present. As the only municipality in western China, Chongqing gathered a large number of automobile manufacturing enterprises including ChangAn group. And it has become one of the main gathering area of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the current cluster environment accurately of automobile manufacturing talents in Chongqing. Thereby improves the talents gathering environment on this basis and enhances the ability to attract talents of automotive industry in Chongqing.First of all, this paper clearly defines the concept of "talent gathering" and "automobile industry talent gathering”, and summarizes existing talent gather relevant researches. Secondly, the relationship between auto talents agglomeration and the development of the auto industry are studied. Then, this paper analyzes the present situation of talents of automobile manufacturing industry in Chongqing on the basis of investigation. Again, car manufacturing talents environment evaluation index system is built through draw lessons from existing research results and depth interview. Then, this paper analyzes the existing talent aggregating environment using entropy method TOPSIS of Chongqing automobile manufacturing industry and determine the cluster environment on the positioning of countrywide main automobile manufacturing provinces and comprehensive ability in attracting and retaining talent Chongqing automobile manufacturing talents. On this basis, this paper judges the position of talents clustering environment of Chongqing automobile manufacturing between the main automobile manufacturing provinces and the comprehensive ability in attracting and retaining talents. Finally, the author identifies the deficiencies of cluster environment according to the above analysis and puts forward the policy suggestion to optimize of talent aggregating environment in Chongqing.This research draws the following conclusions through the analysis of talents gathering environment of Chongqing’s automobile manufacturing industry: The first one is that automotive talents agglomeration and the development of automobile manufacturing industry has a complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship. The second is that the talents gathering environment of Chongqing automotive industry is difficult to attract enough professionals because of the deficiencies, such as industrial low efficiency, low salary levels and so on. The third one is that the improvement strategies to talents gathering environment of Chongqing automotive industry urgently should be carried out, such as speeding up the technical innovation and promoting the talents’ treatment etc.
