Research On The Relationship Between The Allocation Resources And The Evolution Of Gravity Of Enterprise’s Strategic Ambidexterity

In the 21st century, the evolution of gravity of strategic ambidexterity in the fierce competition gradually caused the wide attention to scholars, however, how to manage the enterprise’s strategic evolution of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity, how to guide strategic resources through the enterprise and other issues still need further research. In Henan, Henan Yuxin logistics as a case study object, based on at home and abroad with the help of a large number of studies using strategic ambidexterity theory, resource-based theory and strategy adopted standard SPS case study method combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, to explore how enterprise resource configuration affects the evolution of the gravity of enterprise strategic ambidexterity.The study shows that because of the quantity of time, space, make the importance of enterprise resources and the influence of such factors as scarcity differences, leading to the allocation of resources in a different way of the enterprise, thus promoted the evolution of enterprise gravity of strategic ambidexterity. Strategy of enterprises in different stages of the evolution of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity driver is different, the specific performance in the starting stage, in the contending of logistics enterprise survival is Henan Yuxin logistics strategic evolution of the dual focus of the main driving factors; In enterprises seeking based on stage, the deeper development strategy has become the main driving factors of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity evolution; In enterprise expansion phase, the intense market competition has become the main driving factors. Similarly, in the business start-up phase bottleneck factor of enterprise development mainly include financial resources, and based on the phase of the enterprise organization and technology resources is main bottleneck restricting enterprise gravity of strategic ambidexterity evolution. Expansion phase in the enterprise human resources, technology, information have become a main bottleneck. Results show that the driver and bottleneck factors of each phase are different, even if they are the same kind of bottleneck factors. the gravity of strategic ambidexterity in different stages of evolution that play the role of power is not the same. In the enterprise to seek based on stage, technical resources in the enterprise network and the evolution of strategic ambidexterity focus on strategic business network restriction and promote role; in the expansion stage of enterprises, technology resources in information technology and management technology restrict and promote the enterprise strategy at the same time. Finally it is concluded that the allocation of resources through the above research on evolution of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity model diagram. Enterprises in the start-up phase, due to the implementation of the strategy of developing the market mainly invested human resources and material resources, in the process of exploring market strategy, implementation main invested a small amount of human resources eventually led to the enterprise evolution of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity appeared inclined to develop the market side of the situation, in the later as the investment of funds a brief balance situation; Seeking based on stage of enterprises, in the process of implementing the strategy of exploring market spend a lot of money and human resources making enterprise evolution of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity appeared to explore the situation of side; reach the expansion phase due to the relative abundance of resources and the complexity of enterprise system, make the technical resources and human resources become the main bottleneck affecting enterprise evolution of the gravity of strategic ambidexterity at the same time.
