An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Chinese International Enterprise’s Strategy And Its Performance------from The Perspective Of Ambidexterity

Chinese enterprises face special complexity and contradiction in the process of internationalization, however, traditional theories of enterprise internationalization which take the view of "trade-off’, ignore the simultaneous satisfaction of paradoxical strategic targets. The evolution of theories and development of practice both appeal for the study on the internationalization of Chinese enterprises with new ideas and methods.The ambidexterity theory produced under dynamic environment as background can provide Chinese enterprises with a new perspective for internationalization. By analyzing the internationalization of Chinese enterprises motivation, behavior, foundation, etc.,founding suitable for the situation of the contradictions and complexity of the match of International Business Operations. And on the other way China also has unique conditions and a strong desire to use international ambidexterity. Based on this, we take the Chinese characteristics into account, and mainly answers questions as follows:Whether ambidexterity has something positive to the performance of Chinese company, whether the degree of internationalization has something negative to the relations between ambidexterity and performance, whether the speed of international has something special. Also due to the specialities of Chinese enterprises, the government has an essential role in the business activities of enterprises in. so this article on listed state-owned companies and listed private-owned companies were distinguished by comparing its descriptive data hoping to find the difference between the two groups, and via some theoretical explain this difference.To solve these few problems, this paper reviews internationalization theory, the theory of ambidexterity, based on the theoretical summary and interpretation of the key assumptions made in this paper, through secondary data collection, access to the123Chinese enterprises on data, use spssl6.0regression testing, and ultimately confirmed the hypothesis mentioned in the article:1, state-owned international ambidexterity level is higher than the private-owned listed company;2, international ambidexterity and internationalized enterprise performance positively correlated;3International breadth negative affect the relations between ambidexterity and performance;4the depth of international negatively affect the relations between international ambidexterity and the performance;5speed of the internationalization positively affect the relations between international ambidexterity and performance.According to the conclusions of the article, the paper put forward several advices of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises:1, forming a clear vision of international development, international strategy shift decision-making from "make a choice" to "take into account";2, focusing on government affection in Chinese company international proceed. And put some suggestions and pointed out the inadequacies of the article and the outlook for future research taget of internationalization of Chinese enterprises.
