By 2020,our country should form million-kilowatt nuclear power of advanced technology development, design, equipment manufacturing capability with intern ational competitiveness,according to the "twelfth five-year" national strategic emergi ng industry development planning requirements.For nuclear power technology to pro moting and application,the serious challenge and the main difficulties faced in nucle ar power technology and product research and development capability increase year by year.Because nuclear temperature measurement products are the main professional field of centralized industry in CC company, its research and development techno logy and capability in the industry is advantage.Since 1966 for 09 project develop ed by armoured thermocouple nuclear field, nuclear field with temperature measure ment products,has developed more than 40 years of research and development history.With leading technology advantage first to occupy the market share.But as a result of facing strong competitors both at home and abroad, the market comp etition is intense, and industry gradually standard, increased the barriers to entry for nuclear suppliers,put forward higher standards and requirements for technology and research and development of nuclear power temperature measurement products, sup p-ly.This paper uses strategic management basic concept, principle, train of thought and method,combined with CC company actual nuclear temperature products, from t he external environment and internal conditions to analysis, especially the use of th e PEST and SWOT strategic analysis tools. Elaborates the advantages of CC compa ny nuclear temperature products in talent, products, technology, market, platform, an d the advantages of the industry, as well as the stability of product quality, the allo cation of resources ability, independent innovation, project scale, the product added value and the information application level in the areas of disadvantage;According t o the threat in the field of international environment, policy opportunities, the indus trialization of scientific research opportunities, overcome competition,industry regulat ory requirements increase and lack of market competitiveness.Around the actual nuc lear temperature products strategic planning of CC company,proposes the concrete st rategy guiding ideology, strategic target, strategic planning ability construction, engin eering constructionconditions, laboratory construction,construction of demonstration pr oject and scientific research strength construction planning content,and puts forward c oncrete strategic measures such as to strengthen the construction of strategic manag ement system and product differentiation strategy, price strategy, time strategyetc. Aims to further meet the needs of the nuclear temperature material product localizat ion, improve the level of China’s nuclear power enterprises "going out", participate in the international market competitiveness.
