| Multimodal transport port refers to port connected with the hub nodes provide container handling, storage, and transportation services, but also has the relevant functions like as distribution, distribution, customs clearance agents, integrated logistics, information system. Multimodal transport port is a relatively new concept in China.It is an important part of multimodal transport as the connection point of each mode of transport. However, the multimodal transport port investment and construction attention degree is not enough at present in our country. Especially in the western inland areas, it have great potential for development. This article research on multimodal transport port from the two aspects of investment construction and operation management.First of all, this article elaborates on multimodal transport port definition, function and categories, then it analyses the investment environment factors on Chinese multimodal transport port from geographical location,economic policy, system and other aspects.It studies the feasibility of Game Theory in investment and construction of multimodal transport port from a comparative analysis of the relevant investment theory furthermore.Through the analysis of multimodal transport port related parties interests relationship, it establishes and solves a multimodal transport port construction investment model based on Game Theory and get the corresponding conclusion from the model. According to the strategies of government, the main enterprise, attachment enterprises and investment enterprises from different economic conditions in multimodal transport port investment project, it establishes four modes of construction investment.It researches the multimodal transport port operation management mode based on the characteristics of multimodal transport port investment and construction mode.According to the different influencing factors,it is divided into three types:independent type of independent operation and management mode, contract type of combined operation and management mode, equity type of combined operation and management mode. And it separately analyses the enterprise asset structure, rights and responsibilities for each operation management.Finally, it analyses of the Xi’an International Port District and Huinong Dry Port case. It forecasted investment mode and operation management mode through the Game Theory model of Xi’an International Port District and Huinong Dry Port. Finally it validated the prediction results combined with the actual conditions and relevant data. |
