| With the development of international multimodal transport and global comprehensive logistics service, world port has become the node of global comprehensive transport net. The function of world port will be enhanced. Traditional port activity includes function of transfer and products distribution. However, for international multimodal transport and comprehensive transport chain becoming more complicated, world port is developing toward comprehensive value-added services and becoming the influx of logistics, capital, information, techniques and talents.As supply chain management is more and more popular, the port competition concerns on port supply chain to port supply chain instead of port to port. Under the environment of knowledge economic and globalization, many port enterprises are enhancing the research of port supply chain to gain international competency. Thus, port must change traditional management and adopt supply chain management instead.Therefore, with the perspective of freight forwarder, the paper mainly discusses the unharmonious problems between nodes in shipping process. The contents of the paper are as follows.First, relative theories are introduced. Besides concept, characteristics and basic functions of port logistics, the paper introduces characteristics, functions and frame model of port supply chain.Second, with the perspective of freight forwarder, the unharmonious problems between nodes in shipping process are analyzed. In this part, concept, characteristic and function of freight forwarder are presented. And the domestic and oversea situation of freight forwarder is analyzed. Then based on analysis of business process of freight forwarder, nodes relative with freight forwarder in port supply chain shipping process are obtained. Finally, the problems between nodes in shipping process are surveyed. And the research survey is analyzed by SPSS to conclude the unharmonious problems between nodes.Subsequently, the unharmonious problems between nodes are analyzed by SPSS. According to analysis results, corresponding measures are designed.In the end, the node problems in shipping process of Jiangsu weilun shipping company are analyzed empirically. Based on the analysis of present situation of supply chain nodes in weilun Company, the shipping processes of weilun are studied to conclude unharmonious problems between nodes. Eventually, according to analysis results, the measures for harmonious operation between nodes in weilun are suggested. |
