In this paper the author briefly introduces the participation of Guangdong Guang Le electromechanical system of Expressway and its procurement model as basis, refer to the relevant literatures at home and abroad, the whole process of operation project to do a in-depth analysis, to appear in the process of project problem put forward specific measures to solve. Through work practice and reflection of the summary, in order to provide reference for similar projects.This paper makes the brief introduction of the highway electromechanical system and the mode of procurement, then analyzes the current situation of the highway mechanical and electrical equipment procurement mode in Guangdong, such as the procurement process, the specific bidding process. On this basis, it discusses the problems of the purchasing mode, such as purchasing process tedious, relevant departments of the insufficient coordination and procurement staff ability, weak supervision, acceptance does not reach the designated position, etc. Then it puts forward measures to solve the related problems, mainly including: the optimization process; strengthening the coordination of the departments; improving the capacity of the tender; strengthening the procurement staff professional ability; strengthening supervision function; strengthening the full acceptance of the product.
